Minnesota Twins
The Twins won the World Series in 1987 and 1991, each time in a seventh game at the Metrodome, and each time in the season directly after finishing sixth or seventh. Three pennants and 13 division titles across 65 seasons at 5,106-5,183, which is 77 games under even.
The best season is 1965, at 102-60, and it ended in a World Series loss to the Dodgers and Sandy Koufax. Its 2016 club lost 103, the most of any Minnesota team. The club arrived from Washington in 1961 and played outdoors at Metropolitan Stadium, indoors at the Metrodome from 1982, and outdoors again at Target Field from 2010.
Thirteen Hall of Famers have played here, among them Harmon Killebrew, who came with the move, Rod Carew, Kirby Puckett, Tony Oliva, Bert Blyleven, Jim Kaat and Joe Mauer. Tom Kelly managed both title clubs and sixteen seasons in all, winning 1,140 games.
