Julián Tavárez Marquee

He was 10-2 with a 2.44 earned run average out of the Cleveland bullpen in 1995 at twenty-two, working 57 games for the club that won the pennant. He was still pitching fourteen years later, having been traded, released or signed away eleven times.

Seventeen seasons gave him 88 wins against 82, a 4.46 earned run average, 1,404 innings, 23 saves and 828 appearances. He started 108 games in the middle of it — 10-12 for Pittsburgh in 2003, 4-4 for Boston in 2007 — and relieved in the rest.

He pitched in the 2004 World Series for St. Louis, which Boston swept, and won one with Boston three years later. He is from Santiago in the Dominican Republic. He is not on a Hall of Fame ballot.
