Vosberg's best season came with Texas in 1995. He appeared 44 times, went 5-5 with four saves and posted a 3.00 earned run average across 36 innings, striking out 36. The wins were a career high.
Ten seasons gave him a 10-15 record, 13 saves, 179 strikeouts and a 4.32 earned run average in 233 innings. He started only three of his 266 appearances and never completed a game. His career high was eight saves for Texas in 1996.
San Diego brought Vosberg up in 1986, followed by appearances for San Francisco and Oakland before his three Texas seasons. He moved to Florida during 1997 and later pitched for San Diego again, Arizona and Philadelphia. Four final appearances with Montreal in 2002 closed a career spread over seventeen calendar years.
