Ken Forsch Marquee
On April 7, 1979, in the second game of the season, he no-hit Atlanta at the Astrodome. His brother Bob Forsch had no-hit Philadelphia a year earlier and would no-hit Montreal in 1983, and they are the only brothers who have each thrown one.
Sixteen seasons gave him 114 wins against 113, 51 saves and a 3.37 earned run average across 2,127 innings. He was a relief pitcher for four years in the middle of it — 52 appearances and 5 wins in 1978 — and a starter on both sides.
Eleven of the seasons were in Houston, where he pitched in the 1980 Championship Series against Philadelphia, and four with the Angels. He was an All-Star in both leagues. The 1992 ballot gave him no votes at all.
