Jacklitsch's largest season came with the Baltimore Terrapins in 1914. He played 122 games, collected 93 hits, drove in 48, scored 40 and drew 52 walks while batting .276. Every one of those totals was a career high.
Thirteen recognized seasons gave him 327 hits, 64 doubles, 12 triples, five home runs, 153 runs batted in and a .243 average across 490 games. Jacklitsch caught 397 games and also appeared at first base, second base and in the outfield.
Philadelphia brought Jacklitsch up in 1900, and his National League years also included Brooklyn. He made one American League appearance for the Highlanders in 1905, then returned to Philadelphia for five more seasons. Two years with the Federal League's Terrapins in 1914 and 1915 produced 125 of his career hits. A final season with Boston in 1917 completed an eighteen-year span. He died in 1937, at sixty-one.
