Bubber Jonnard Marquee

Jonnard's largest season came with Philadelphia in 1927. He played 53 games, collected 42 hits, scored 18 runs and drove in 14 while batting .294. Every one of those figures was a career high.

Six seasons gave him 54 hits, seven doubles, one triple, 20 runs batted in and 26 runs across 103 games. Jonnard hit .230 in 235 at bats and caught 86 games. He never hit a major-league home run or stole a base.

The White Sox brought Jonnard up for two games in 1920, and he appeared 10 times for Pittsburgh in 1922. His busiest stretch came with the Phillies in 1926 and 1927. He moved to St. Louis for 18 games in 1929, then spent five seasons outside the majors before one final Philadelphia appearance in 1935. The gaps stretched his career across sixteen calendar years and four organizations. He died in 1977, at seventy-nine.
