Miles Mikolas Marquee

He was 4-6 with a 5.32 earned run average for San Diego and Texas and out of the major leagues at twenty-six. He signed with the Yomiuri Giants and spent three seasons in Japan, where he learned to throw strikes.

St. Louis signed him for 2018 and he went 18-4 with a 2.83 earned run average, the most wins in the National League, with 29 walks in 200 innings. He made the All-Star team and finished sixth in the Cy Young voting. He was an All-Star again in 2022, when he went 12-13 with a 3.29 and took a no-hitter into the ninth inning against Pittsburgh.

Ten seasons have given him 72 wins against 75, a 4.24 earned run average, 1,252 innings and 895 strikeouts. He has been a Cardinal since 2018. He is not on a Hall of Fame ballot.
